I got a necklace for my brother because our mom passed away and that’s all he wanted to was a necklace of her for his birthday. The shipping was okay and it was weird so something to look out for other then that the necklace was better then I thought it would be and he loved it for the price I thought it would be small and okay but it was a great size and the picture was exceptional quality I would definitely buy myself one too and recommend to anyone else.

When I saw it initially, I was so happy how it turned out. It arrived early just in time for Christmas. Less than 1 week and the chain started to turn. Within a couple of days the pendant started to turn as well.. The next day the chain broke. I emailed customer service, they requested photos and they were received per UPS delivery. I ordered 18 inch necklace, I got 30 inch. The necklace broke right away in between. Im not happy. I tried to communicate about my order, but I did not get no respond back. Waste of money and time and it took so long for me to get it. Garbage.
